UNIFORM SHOP
The wearing of school uniform at Rutherford Technology High School Is mandatory. The uniform covers a wide range of affordable, attractive clothing for daily wear and sports wear in all sizes. The school uniform is manufactured and sold by Daylight Sportswear at a dedicated onsite Uniform Shop at the school. This is the ONLY location that the school uniform is available for purchase.
Uniform shop opening hours are Tuesday 8:00am-12:00noon and Thursday 1:00pm-5:00pm during term time. Extended opening hours are available at the start of each school year.
Uniform Shop Manager is Vanessa Edwards - any queries regarding the uniform can be directed to her during shop opening times on 0478 920 262 or via the School Administration Office.
In 2021, our school uniform was updated and in 2022 the new school logo introduced. Full details of our school uniform are attached.

Our school uniform shop accepts EFTPOS including AMEX & Diners and Cash. Please note cheques are not accepted and there is no layby.
DAYLIGHT SPORTSWEAR
Uniforms are manufactured and sold by Daylight Sportswear, providing an efficient and friendly service that works closely with the school and can respond to the needs of all students. Special orders can be made to fit any child without additional charge.
Daylight Sportswear return a percentage of sales to the school and are also generous in their support of school events such as Presentation Day Assembly where they donate two Uniform Scholarships each year. Their annual sale offers 20% of all uniform items as a special Thank You to parents for their support.
The Uniform Shop has been operating at the school since November 2009 and has proved to be a successful and valued partner of the school.

UNIFORM SHOP
REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
Daylight Sportswear is happy to exchange or refund goods in line with the following guidelines:
- Original invoice from purchase is provided.
- Returns are within 3 months of the purchase date.
- The garment is in new, clean condition and has not been worn.
- The item was purchased at full price.
In the situation where a uniform is purchased and then worn directly from the shop by a student, this cannot be brought back for exchange or refund.
If an item is faulty the item is sent back to Daylight Sportswear for repair or replacement at their discretion.
Where a refund is for an amount in excess of $100 a cheque will be issued from Daylight Sportswear.
